• Board’s role is to listen and not discuss item 
• Personnel issues cannot be discussed (Nor individuals names)
• Board is not able to take action at this meeting.
• Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes 
• Superintendent must be notified prior to meeting

VII. ACTION ITEMS
 

VII.A. Possible board discussion and vote to approve a contract with Employee Evalution Systems, Inc (SEES OKTLE) in the amount of $1,722.50 to license the use of OKTLE and McRel for use in teacher and principal/leader evaluations for the 2024-2025 school year.

VII.B. Possible board discussion and vote on approving the resignation of Elsie Erma Wright.

VII.C. Possible board discussion and vote on approving a school calendar for the 2024-2025 school year.

VII.D. Possible board discussion and vote on approving a 307 Form for the General Fund in the amount of $355,520.34 from Windstream Services.

VII.E. Possible board discussion and vote on approving an elementary and a middle school custodian on a temporary contract for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year.
