The third Annual High School Martin Luther King Jr. "Living the Dream" Original Social Justice Music, Poetry, and Dance Competition took place on Monday, January 18, 2021. Two Bellevue West students, Alaina Jenkins and Jay Maughmer, competed in the Interpretive Dance Category and took 1st place. The competition is sponsored annually by the City of Omaha's Department of Human Rights & Relations.

The remaining contributing members were Jason Jeffers, William Barnard, and Springfield McCauley. Bellevue West AFJROTC is coached by Stephen Vanderhoof.
