1. Call meeting to order and Pledge of Allegiance

2. Roll Call

3. The board will hear an appeal for David Russell's removal from school premises. Order of the written appeal process is as follows:
a.  The superintendent shall present each of the board members with a copy of the written summary provided to the complainant;
b.  David Russell shall present each of the board members with a copy of a written response to the superintendent's paperwork;
c.  Members of the board of education shall be afforded the opportunity to ask questions related to the summary and response;
d.  The board of education shall vote to accept, amend, or reject the recommendation of the superintendent with regard to the directive to David Russell.

4. Discussion and possible action by the board of education to vote to accept, amend, or reject the recommendation of the superintendent with regard to the directive to David Russell.
