I. Opening Exercises:

I.A. Call to Order and roll-call recording of members present and absent

I.B. Flag Salute

II. Approval of the agenda.

III. Due Process Hearing for Dr. Kathryn Larson regarding her possible dismissal:
A. Board President shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties and administer an oath to all persons who will testify. Upon the request of either party, the President may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination except that a party to the proceeding and their representative shall not be excluded.
B. Opening Statement by attorney for the Superintendent
C. Opening Statement by Dr. Kathryn Larson or her attorney
D. Presentation of evidence by attorney for the Superintendent, subject to cross-examination by Dr. Kathryn Larson or her attorney and questions from the Board of Education
E. Presentation of evidence by Dr. Kathryn Larson or her attorney, subject to cross-examination by the attorney for the Superintendent and questions from the Board of Education
F.  Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence, as necessary
G. Closing Statement by Dr. Kathryn Larson or her attorney
H. Closing Statement by attorney for the Superintendent
 

IV. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the dismissal or not of Dr. Kathryn Larson and to discuss possible Findings of Fact pursuant to 25 O.S., §307(B)(1) and (B)(7).
A. Vote to convene in Executive Session
B. Acknowledge the Board has returned from Executive Session
C. Statement of Minutes of Executive Session

V. Vote to adopt or not to adopt Findings of Fact concerning Superintendent's recommendation for the dismissal of Dr. Kathryn Larson.

VI. Vote to dismiss or not dismiss Dr. Kathryn Larson.

VII. Discussion and vote on motion to instruct the Superintendent to notify Dr. Kathryn Larson of the Board's decision including the basis of the decision and the Findings of Fact.

VIII. Discussion and possible action on any resignations received to date.

IX. Adjourn
