4.1. Discuss, consider, and take all action that the Operations Committee of the Board of Education of this School District should, and does hereby, (1) select ____________ as the highest ranked architecture firm of all architecture firms that submitted letters of interest by January 18, 2019, and (2) authorize, approve, and direct the Chairperson of the Operations Committee, Superintendent of Schools, or a designee for the School District, to begin negotiating a written architect agreement with such highest ranked architecture firm, provided that any such negotiated architect agreement shall not be binding on the School District until such written architect agreement is approved by the Board of Education at its next regular or special meeting and is signed by an authorized representative of the architecture firm and an authorized representative of the School District.
