1. School Board Members were sworn in by Mayor Rogers Anderson: Angela Durham, District 1; Eliot Mitchell, District 3; Jennifer Aprea, District 5; Sheila Cleveland, District 7 and KC Haugh, District 11. District 9 School Board Member Rick Wimberly was sworn in earlier in the day by Mayor Anderson.

2. Call To Order

2.a. The Williamson County School Board is meeting in person at 1761 West Main Street, Franklin TN but has limited capacity. As a result, Williamson County Schools is officially meeting electronically as it is necessary to protect public health, safety, and welfare in light of the coronavirus pursuant to Executive Order # 16 signed by Governor Bill Lee and Waiver of Williamson County School Board Policy 1.400.
