Activity Fund Reports.

Treasurer's Report.

FY 27 General Fund encumbrances as presented.

FY 27 Building Fund encumbrances as presented.

Set the October 1st student capacity.

Approve the 2026-2027 Estimate of Needs.

Approve the FY 27 Gifted and Talented Committee and Plan.

Approve a resolution to transfer $5,000 from the softball fundraiser within the activity fund to the baseball fundraiser account.

Approve a resolution to transfer $270 from the concession account within the activity fund to the vocal account.

Approve out-of-state trips for FCCLA: October 17–21, 2026 to Orlando, FL and June 22-27, 2027 to San Antonio, TX

Board to consider approval of Anatomy and Physiology Adjunct instructors Robin Haley, Melisa Stricklen and Krista Hamilton at Pryor Northeast Tech.

Board to consider declaring as surplus the basketball shooting gun, Shoot-A-Way The Gun 10K, to be traded in for a new gun and a 2015 Thomas school bus VIN 4UZABRDU8CCBA2224.
