FY 25 General Fund encumbrances as presented.

Board to consider and take action on the employment of Stephen L. Smith Corp. as financial consultants to the School District, for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $705,000 Building Bonds of this School District, and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution adopting the Mayes County FEMA Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan. 

Board to consider and take action on the employment of Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold as the distrct's legal representative.

Board to consider approving the following items as surplus and approve disposal in the most efficient manner: 12' X 24' Greenhouse - in north parking lot, 50' Oxy-Gas Hose Reel, Misc Oxy-Gas and MIG welding hoses and cables, survey equipment kit, 1 set of WW Paul Pig Scales and 2 Miller MIG Welders.

Board to consider and take action on approval of the  FY 25 Activities Committee as presented.
