NASB Area Membership Meeting Time Cards Grading Procedures: the District will revert to our previous (2025-2026) grading practices for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year. The Administrative Team will meet later this school year to discuss the topic and formulate a plan moving forward. 12. Discuss, Consider and Take All Necessary Action in Making a Real Estate Purchase

12.1. For the protection of the public interest
1. Strategy sessions with respect to a real estate purchase 2. Protect the Public Interest Closed session (executive session) motions must indicate (1) the specific listed reason for having a closing session and which of the two reasons (public interest or prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual) the closed session is protecting. The Board must restrict its discussion and consideration in closed session only to those purposes set forth in the motion, as the reason for the closed session. The meeting shall be reconvened in open session before any formal action may be taken.
