2. Exchange of Initial Proposals

2.A. The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District will meet in open session pursuant to sections 19.86 and 111.70(4) (cm) 2, Wis. Stats. for the purpose of the exchange of initial proposals for contract negotiations with the Middleton Education Staff Association for negotiations over a 2026-2027 collective bargaining agreement covering total base wages for employees in the Middleton Education Staff Association bargaining unit.

3. Convene in Possible Closed Session Under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c)(e) and 19.86 (1)(c)
|
|
3.A. The Middleton-Cross Plains Area District Negotiations Committee will convene with the Middleton Education Staff Association pursuant to section 19.86, 19.85(1) (c), (e) and 111.70(4) (cm)2, Wis. Stats. to discuss total base wage proposals for employees in the Middleton Education Staff Association bargaining unit.

3.B. The Middleton Education Staff Association Negotiations Committee will also meet in closed session pursuant to section 19.86(1)(c) to meet and confer with Middleton Education Staff Association and Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District teachers regarding supplemental compensation for individual employees.

5.A. The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District Negotiations Committee will also meet in open session to meet and confer with the Middleton Education Staff Association and Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District staff regarding supplemental compensation.
