Resignation/Release of Certified Teaching Staff
Rationale:
Jessica Kempcke has submitted an official request to resign and be released from her contract at the conclusion of the 1st semester, December 18, 2026.
The reason for the request is related to personal and family needs related to their family ranch. The administration is already working on alternatives to cover Elem PE for the second semester and hire to fill the position or make adjustments as soon as appropriate. |

Resignation of Superintendent
Rationale:
Superintendent Dale Hafer has accepted the position of ESU17 Administrator beginning July 1, 2027. Mr. Hafer will perform all duties to finish his current contract, which ends June 30, 2027.

Approve a Superintendent Search Service
Rationale:
There are various groups or firms that perform Superintendent searches for school districts. We have options for you to consider from NASB and NRCSA.
President Brad Wilkins will be able to provide information and insight in order for the Board to make a decision regarding the search for the next ACS Superintendent. |

Adjourn
Rationale:
The next regular meeting of the Board is scheduled for November 9, 2026, and will immediately follow a Board work session at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office. Current agendas will be available for public inspection in the office of the superintendent.
