Opening Procedure, Work Session or retreat of the Board
Rationale:
The Board may conduct a work session or retreat at any time with proper notice to the public. The purpose of this work session/retreat is to allow the review and discussion of the self-assessment the Board completed recently as provided by NASB.
The Board has engaged with NASB for this process in order to facilitate the input of every board member and develop action steps or goals related to the self-assessment results. |
