Description:  This is an opportunity for residents of the district to provide information for the Board when making a decision. Description:  The Guest Teacher/Education Major Training Consortium was formed to recruit, select, train, and procure emergency permits for a shared pool of "guest" teachers who have bachelor's degrees but do not have teaching certificates. The Consortium also provides training for college level education majors who have completed at least 60 credits to be able to substitute up to 20 days per school year.
