8.1 Consider hiring Glenn Davis of Muir, PA as the Junior High Boys Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.  Salary per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Pending the receipt of clearances.

8.2 Consider hiring Francesca Ziegler of Williamstown, PA as a day-to-day substitute teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  Pending the receipt of required clearances.

8.3 Consider retroactively hiring Gerald Kimmel of Pine Grove, PA as a Long Term Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year, effective September 8, 2026.  Clearances on file.

8.4 Consider accepting a letter of resignation from Secondary Science Teacher John Donton, effective date of letter October 12, 2026.  Reason: Accepted employment elsewhere.

8.5 Consider accepting a letter of resignation from Part-Time Custodian Russell Klinger, last day of employment October 9, 2026.  Reason: Not given.

8.6 Consider hiring Russell Klinger of Williamstown, PA as a Custodian Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year.  Clearances on file.

8.7 Consider retroactively approving a contractual agreement between Williams Valley School District and Mrs. Tracey Weller, effective starting October 16, 2026.  Contract term: October 16, 2026 through October 15, 2027.

10.1 Consider a rental request from Senior High Drama Club to use the Auditorium, High School Classroom #121, Auxiliary Gym, and Restrooms by the Gym and Auditorium on the attached dates and times.  Purpose: Auditions, practices & performances for Senior High Musical.

10.2 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the Auditorium, High School Classroom #121, Auxiliary Gym, and Restrooms by the Gym and Auditorium on attached dates as requested by Senior High Drama Club.

10.3 Consider a rental request from Student Council to use the High School Cafeteria and High School Classroom# 213 on February 5, 2027 (after-school) and February 6, 2027 (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm).  Purpose: Sweetheart's Dance.

10.4 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Cafeteria and High School Classroom# 213 on February 5 & 6, 2027 as requested by the Student Council.

10.5 Consider a rental request from National Honor Society to use the High School Auditorium on December 1, 2026 (Set-up) & December 2, 2026 (6:00 pm - 8:30 pm).  Purpose: National Honor Society Ceremony.

10.6 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Auditorium on December 1 & 2, 2026 as requested by the National Honor Society.

10.7 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Volleyball Boosters to use the High School Cafeteria on November 1, 2026 (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm).  Purpose: Volleyball Banquet.

10.8 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Cafeteria on November 1, 2026 as requested by Williams Valley Volleyball Boosters.

11. EXTRA-CURRICULAR
11.1 Consider recognizing the Williams Valley Archery Boosters as a Booster Organization for the 2026-2027 school year, per policy 915.

12.1 Consider the following donation from the WV Elementary Basketball (WVEB): New scoreboard for the elementary gym.

14. INFORMATION/DISCUSSION
14.1 Election Ballot to be completed by the Board concerning PA School Board Association (PSBA Officer Elections).

14.2  The executive session on November 12, 2026 will start at 6:30 pm. The board members will be completing a professional development session with PSBA from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

14.3 The next regularly scheduled meetings will be held on November 12, 2026 in the Jr/Sr High School Library-Executive Session for Board Members/Administrators only at 6:30 pm and Regular Board meeting at 7:00 pm.
