8.1 Consider a Leave without Pay for employee #1175.

8.2 Consider the transfer of 2 sick leave days from Conrad Weiser Area SD for Secondary English Teacher Michael Leister.

8.3  Consider hiring Christopher Hand of Tower City, PA as an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.  Salary per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Clearances on file.

8.4 Consider approving the following volunteers for the Junior High Musical group for the 2026-2027 school year:  Kristina Reho - pending the receipt of clearances and Jode Smith - clearances on file.

8.5 Consider approving the following volunteers for the High School Musical group for the 2026-2027 school year: Jode Smith, Curt Deitrich, Lisa Soliday, Jim Heberling, and Scott Burger clearances on file.  Rich Sitler, Rebekah Machamer, and Bruce Tuttle pending the receipt of clearances.

9.1 Consider the second reading of the revised 102 Academic Standards policy.

9.2 Consider the second reading of the revised 209 Health Examinations/Screenings policy.

9.3 Consider the second reading of the revised 246 School Wellness policy.

9.4 Consider the second reading of the new 204.1 Virtual Attendance and Wellness Checks Policy.

9.5 Consider the second reading of the revised 249 Bullying/Cyberbullying Policy.

9.6 Consider the second reading of the revised 803 School Calendar Policy.

9.7 Consider the second reading of the revised 822 Automated External Defibrillator (AED)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Policy.
 

10. BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
10.1 Consider a rental request from The Spelling Bee to use the High School Auditorium on December 3, 2026 (during the school day - setup) and December 4, 2026 (9:30 am until completion).  Purpose: School Spelling Bee.

10.2 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Auditorium on December 3 & 4, 2026 as requested by The Spelling Bee.

10.3 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Girls Soccer Boosters to use the High School Cafeteria on October 22, 2026 (3:30 pm - 5:00 pm).  Purpose: Sort and distribute donut fundraiser to boys' and girls' soccer teams.

10.4 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Cafeteria on October 22, 2026 as requested by the Williams Valley Girls Soccer Boosters.

10.5 Consider a rental request from The Nutrition Group to use the High School Library on November 2nd (setup after 3:00 pm) & November 3, 2026 (8:00 am - 3:00 pm).  Purpose: Regional Meeting - 13 people.

10.6 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the High School Library on November 2 & 3, 2026 as requested by The Nutrition Group.

10.7 Consider a rental request from Scouting America - Hawk Mountain Council to use the Elementary Cafeteria on October 20, 2026 (6:15 pm - 7:45 pm).  Purpose: Scout Join Night.

10.8 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the Elementary Cafeteria on October 20, 2026 as requested by Scouting America - Hawk Mountain Council.

10.9 Consider a rental request from WV Football Boosters to use the front of the high school and portico with access to front lobby on October 25, 2026 (6:30 am - 3:00 pm).  Purpose: Annual Chicken Barbeque.

10.10 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fee for use of the front of the high school and portico with access to front lobby on October 25, 2026 as requested by WV Football Boosters.
 

11. EXTRA-CURRICULAR
11.1 Consider the following fundraiser request from 2027 Senior Class.  Fundraiser: Krispy Kreme (October 16 - November 4, 2026).  Purpose: Raise funds for caps, gowns, class shirts and class trip.

14. INFORMATION/DISCUSSION
14.1 Election Ballot to be completed by the Board concerning PA School Board Association (PSBA Officer Elections).

14.2 The next regularly scheduled meetings will be held on October 22, 2026 in the Jr/Sr High School Library-Executive Session for Board Members/Administrators only at 6:00 p.m. and Regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
