8.1 Consider the following addition to the check and connect mentors: Dillon Miller.  Pending the receipt of required clearances.

8.2 Consider a Leave without Pay for employee #1175.

8.3 Consider a Leave without Pay for employee #888.

8.4 Consider hiring Michael Leister of Lebanon, PA as a Temporary Professional Employee assigned as a Secondary English Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  Pending the receipt of required clearances and documents.  Salary: $46,350 prorated to the number of days worked.

9. EDUCATION & POLICY
9.1 Consider a Project for a County Mental Health/Drug and Alcohol program for 9th grade social studies students on a weekly basis from September 14, 2026 through December 23, 2026 as presented by the Schuylkill County Drug & Alcohol Program. No cost to the district.

10. BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
10.1  Consider a rental request from WV Lady Viking Soccer Boosters to use the High School Cafeteria on September 29, 2026 (3:30 pm - 5:00 pm).  Purpose: R & K Fundraiser.

10.2 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for the use of the High School Cafeteria on September 29, 2026 as requested by the WV Lady Viking Soccer Boosters.

10.3 Consider a rental request from Sophomore Class to use the High School Cafeteria on October 16, 2026 (Set up - after-school) and October 17, 2026 (6:00 pm - 11:00 pm).  Purpose: Raise funds - Homecoming Dance.

10.4 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for the use of the High School Cafeteria on October 16 & October 17, 2026 as requested by the Sophomore Class.




 

11. EXTRA-CURRICULAR
11.1 Consider the following fundraiser and activity request from Class of 2028.  Fundraiser: Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards (September 11 - October 15, 2026), Business Discount Cards (January 2027 - December 2027) and Texas Roadhouse Dine & Donate (January 18, 2027).  Purpose: Raise funds for prom.  Activity: Powder Puff Football (November 5, 6 or 7, 2026 - pending fall sports playoffs).  Purpose: Raise funds for prom.

11.2 Consider the following fundraiser request from Sophomore Class.  Fundraiser: Homecoming Dance (October 17, 2026), Valentine Grams(TBD) and End of the Year Dance (May?).  Purpose: Raise funds.

12.1 Consider an agreement between Williams Valley School District and Tower-Porter for Athletic Event EMT Coverage Agreement, effective date _____________.

12.2 Consider an agreement with The Reschini Group for the Affordable Care Act Employer Reporting at a cost of $6.50 per employee.

12.3 Consider an agreement and fee schedule with OMNI & TSACG.

13.1 Consider approving the donation of small american flags for the students to use during the freedom ride on September 11, 2026 by Nicole Green.
