8.2 Consider approving the following Check and Connect Mentors for the 2026-2027 school year: Gary Houtz, Lynn McGarvey, Cory Simpson, Jack Rautzahn, Doug Spotts and Andrea Whalen.  Clearances on file.

8.4 Consider rescinding the following motion made at the April 23, 2026 meeting: Consider approving Bo Raho of Tower City, PA as a Volunteer Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.  Clearances on file.

8.5 Consider retroactively hiring Bo Raho of Tower City, PA as an Assistant Football Coach as of August 10, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.  Salary per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Clearances on file.

8.6 Consider rescinding the following motion made at the March 26, 2026 meeting: Consider approving Owen Daniel of Williamstown, PA as a Volunteer Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.  Clearances on file.

10.1 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Band - Schuylkill County Jazz to use the High School Auditorium and Band Room on November 12, 2026 (8:00 am set up), November 13-14, 2026 (8:00 am - 6:00 pm).  Purpose: 2026 Schuylkill County Jazz Festival.

10.2 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the High School Auditorium and Band Room on November 12-14, 2026 as requested by the Williams Valley Band - Schuylkill County Jazz.

10.3 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Music/Les Brown Festival to use the High School Auditorium, Band Room and High School Classroom #201 & 203 on April 23, 2027 (set up), April 24, 2027 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) and April 25, 2027 (clean up).  Purpose: 2027 Les Brown Festival.

10.4 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the High School Auditorium, Band Room and High School Classroom #201 & 203 on April 23-25, 2027 as requested by Williams Valley Music/Les Brown Festival.

10.5 Consider a rental request from Junior High Drama Club to use the High School Auditorium and High School Classroom #201 on the attached dates & times.  Purpose: Junior High Drama practices and performances.

10.6 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the High School Auditorium and High School Classroom #201 on the attached dates & times as requested by Junior High Drama Club.

10.7 Consider a rental request from YoJo Show Bully No More to use the Elementary Gymnasium on September 10, 2026 (9:00 am - 10:20 am).  Purpose: Bully No More Assembly.

10.8 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the Elementary Gymnasium on September 10, 2026 as requested by YoJo Show Bully No More.

10.9 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Elementary Basketball to use the Elementary Gymnasium and Lobby outside the Elementary Gymnasium from October 2026 - March 2027.  Purpose: Elementary Basketball Practices and Games.

10.10 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the Elementary Gym and Lobby outside the Elementary Gymnasium from October 2026 - March 2027 as requested by Williams Valley Elementary Basketball.

11.1 Consider recognizing the Williams Valley Band Boosters as a Booster Organization for the 2026-2027 school year, per policy 915.

12.1 Consider accepting the following donation for the Viking Closet: $1,000 from The Highmark Foundation.

12.2 Consider accepting a donation of $280,000 for stadium lights and auditorium upgrades from an anonymous donor.

12.3 Consider accepting a Landscaping & Lawncare Bid from Latshaw's for Athletic Field Maintenance effective July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

14. INFORMATION/DISCUSSION
14.1 Congratulations to School Board Members Sheri Deitrich & Joseph D'Agostino on 5 years of service as school board members.

14.2 The next regularly scheduled meetings will be held on September 10, 2027 in the Jr/Sr High School Library-Executive Session for Board Members/Administrators only at 6:00 p.m. and Regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
