Guidelines for Addressing the Board

Board agenda items to be acted upon this evening have been reviewed and made available to all attending this meeting. The Board will now accept public comments on matters listed on the evening’s agenda. Speakers who have signed up to address the Board will be allowed three minutes for their remarks. If you have not signed up prior to the start of the meeting, you may do so when directed by the presiding officer. Reminder to all speakers, the comment period is not a question and answer session. Speakers may not cede their time to other individuals. (§ BMSD Policy 903)
