Description:
Proposed settlement of the assessment appeal for Parcel 57-038-0178.001 owned by Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust in the amount of $10,400,600. This is a reduction of $2,349,400 in assessed value from the previous settlement in 2024, which reduced the assessed value by $3,900,600. The current settlement represents a loss of about $26,000 in annual tax revenue, with the total lost revenue from both settlements being just over $70,000.
