3.J. Consideration to be given to purchasing two (2) Response shields for the police department, estimated total $6,802.00.

3.K. Consideration to be given to approve accepting a donation from the Community Education Foundation to cover the entire cost of wrapping the football scoreboard, est. cost $10,086.00
