6.1. Monthly Financial Reports
Description:
Three separate motions will be presented at this month's Board meeting to accept the Treasurer's Report, to accept the Business Administrator's Reports and to approve the payment of bills. The Food Service Report and bills are provided as informational and will be available in September. |

6.2. Annual Financial Report - 2025/2026
Description:
The Finance Committee received an update on the 2025-2026 Single Audit Report timeline. The Audit field work will begin in October this year and it is anticipated that the Single Audit Report will be presented to the Board in November.
This is an informational item and requires no current Board action. |

6.3. Phase II Senior High School Renovation Bonds
Description:
The Finance Committee received and update on the second phase of debt financing for the Senior High School Renovation. Alisha Henry from PNC Capital Markets will be sharing information with the Board about what the upcoming bond issue could look like. The administration is in the process of getting the investment prospectus ready.
The Board will have the opportunity to appoint PNC Capital Markets as the bond underwriter and Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett as bond counsel, and to authorize them to proceed with preparing for the bond issue. |
