4. Personnel Recommendations

It is recommended that the following Personnel Items be approved.

4.A. Cooperative Education Student - Buildings & Grounds: It is recommended that Davin Swartzbaugh be approved to assist with the Buildings and Grounds Department for the 2026/27 school year at a rate of $12.00 per hour.
|
|
4.B. Teacher Aide: It is recommended that approval be granted to employ Tammy McCartney as a full-time teacher aide, effective August 13, 2026, at an hourly rate of $17.00. Ms. McCartney is replacing Cynthia Fuhrman, who retired.
|
|
4.C. Volunteer Coaches: It is recommended that the following individuals be approved to assist with the school's athletic programs during the 2026/27 school year, pending clearances.

Adult Education Full-Time Practical Nursing Instructor: It is recommended that Roslee Lipscomb-Nazario be approved as a full-time Adult Education Practical Nursing Instructor, effective August 17, 2026 with an annual salary of $80,000.00. Ms. Lipscomb-Nazario is replacing Karyn Pifer, who moved to a different position.

Grant Application: It is recommended that permission be granted to apply for the competitive Public School Facility Improvement Grant to replace the fire alarm system, welding lab fume extraction system, and the glass lobby storefront in the amount of $1,622,886.00 per the attached resolution and make the required 25% grant allocation match if awarded.
