(Member entities are asked to vote for open trustee positions on the PSBA insurance board. PSBA insurance provides complimentary travel/accident insurance to all school directors from member school entities while on official school board business. As such, all member entities are considered participants in PSBA insurance programs and are eligible to vote.)

Background Information: This item is for discussion to determine how the Board would like to structure its vote for candidates in sections 1-4 and for Insurance Trustees. The Board may choose to vote for the candidate(s) or abstain. The Board's selections will then be prepared as a voting item for the October 26, 2026, Board meeting. PSBA policy 302 specifies that votes of an entity’s board are to be cast at a public meeting.

In accordance with PSBA policy 108, as amended April 27, 2013, regarding the manner in which votes are cast by member entity boards, the Board Secretary will submit the Board-approved votes electronically by the required deadline of October 31, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
