Motion to approve the following donations:

Motion to approve service agreement with Keppley Behavioral Consulting for the term of 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2027. Rates are the following:
- Consultation up to 925 hours is $90/hr
- ABA service /Behavior Technician is $30/hr
Motion to approve Crosstown Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Wilson School District to make the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corp available for students of Wyomissing Area School District. Terms of the MOA are from August 24, 2026 through the end of the 2026/2027 school year.

1. Maintenance Worker - Plumbing Concentration, Facilities.
  Background Information: Previously, the district maintained one position guide for a Maintenance Worker which covered two positions within the District. Because one of these positions focuses heavily on plumbing-related needs, the Director of Facilities, Safety and Security, has separated the two position guides to more accurately reflect the work each maintenance worker performs within the District.
