Description:
The Administration requests approval to hire Lisa Woods, Special Education Teacher position, at Masters +45 Step Ms. Woods brings more than 27 years of experience in special education across multiple local school districts and has demonstrated expertise in student support, instructional leadership, and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Bloomsburg University, a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Temple University, and an Administrative Certification K-12 from Edinboro University. Most recently, Ms. Woods has served as a Special Education Coach for the Lower Dauphin School District, where she collaborated with staff and families to support student achievement, provides professional development, and assists with special education compliance. Her extensive experience as a learning support teacher, instructional leader, and mentor makes her highly qualified to serve as a Special Education Instructor at Dauphin County Technical School. |
