26-363 - Approve Gillian Armstrong, STS 6th Grade Science Teacher at the Middle School, effective from October 19, 2026, through December 23, 2026. She will be compensated at $188 per day, in accordance with the Board-approved 2026-2027 substitute compensation rates. |

26-365 - Approve John Knobloch, Security Guard at the High School, effective on September 15, 2026, pending receipt of proper documentation. His salary will be $25.90 per hour, in accordance with the NASD Security Association Collective Bargaining Agreement, with benefits. |

26-366 - Approve the mandatory attendance of School Security Officer John Knobloch at the Basic School Resource Officer Training Course in Archbald, PA, from September 21, 2026, through September 25, 2026, at a cost of $550.00 for the training. Meals, mileage and hotel will be calculated at the IRS and GSA travel reimbursement rate, which is included in the approved 2026-2027 Northampton Area School District Security Budget. |

26-361 - Approve the Letter of Agreement between the Northampton Area School District and Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 for the purpose of providing remedial instruction in reading and math to non-proficient students in qualifying non-public schools at a cost of $37,529.00 for instruction and $379.00 for parent involvement programming. The Colonial IU20 administrative service fee is 5% of the total amount. The costs for instruction and parent involvement programming at the Non-Public School are covered through the 2026-2027 Title I grant. |
