• Recommendation to approve recognition of tenure for faculty member Chrissy Kaszuba.
• Recommendation to approve Alexis Gundrum as the primary contact and Steve Dolak as the secondary contact and authorized signers for the Perkins Grant.
• Recommendation to approve Steve Dolak as the trustee for the CSIU Trust.
• Recommendation to approve the hiring of the following positions:
  • Pamela Shuman for Cooperative/Work-Based Learning Coordinator.
  • Joey Alshefski for Adult Education Coordinator (stipend position)
  • ___________ for M1 Maintenance Technician - HVAC and Electrical Specialty.
  • Salene Farver for Part-Time Cafeteria Aide.
• Discuss new (internally created) Traffic Safety Administrative Guidelines for first review.
• Discuss Administrative Guidelines 1 and 2 for Policy 201 (Admission of Students) for final review.
• Discuss options and pricing regarding returning to Diligent Board Docs vs. remaining with Keystone Agenda for JOC platform.
• Discuss potential partnership with LCCC.
• Discuss potential partnership with QTS/Diligent.
• Discuss creation of new Assistant Wrestling Coach stipend position.
• Discuss new roles, requirements and suggested pay schedules for Assistant to Business Manager and Human Resources Manager positions.
• Discuss the Fall OAC Dinner and Meetings scheduled for Thursday, 10/22/26.
• Discuss the proposal from NRG for an HVAC service agreement and consideration to return to this vendor.
• Discuss Senator Culver's office $100,000 grant for CMAVTS .
• Discus CMAVTS's inclusion with Berwick Area School District on PA SmartGrant for fiber optics.
• Update on subcommittees to address SitelogIQ Model Study recommendations/ideas.
• Discuss the stipend and assignment details for the Substitute Coordinator role at CMAVTS.
• Discuss details of 9/10/26 Parent Night at CMAVTS..
• Discuss LCCC field trip for CMAVTS ninth graders.
• Discuss Beyond Boundaries approval, $1,000 rent.
• Update on shop water damage and repair plans due to recent flooding.
