Discussion/Action Items

Approve 2024-2025 Budget

Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action to: (a) evaluate
proposals for the construction management at risk contract, and (b)
rank each construction management at risk proposal on the basis of
best meeting the criteria in the request for proposals and taking into
consideration the recommendation of the construction management at
risk selection committee.
 

Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action, including without
limitation providing negotiating guidance, to direct the Superintendent
and district legal counsel to negotiate a construction manager at risk
contract between the school district and construction management
firms in order of their ranking.

Adjourn
