Description:
Xerox Business Solutions has offered us a lease to finance our copy machine fleet. The term of the lease is 63 months to start mid-August 2026. The monthly payment is $6,090.85 down slightly from our last lease. Maintenance of the machines and supplies are included; paper and staples are not. The volume rates are set at $0.004 for Black & White and $0.045 for Color for the entirety of the agreement.
