Description:  Recommend approval of the agreement with IXL Learning for the Math and ELA Personalized Learning Platform subscription, for grades 6^th through 8th, for one year, totaling $3,325.00.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of a 3-year agreement with Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 for Google Workspace for Education license upgrades. This agreement provides advanced Google Meet features, Gemini AI integration across Google Workspace, and enhanced security tools and reporting. The annual cost is $12,773.52, for a total 3-year cost of $38,320.56.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the following change orders related to the Phase V Projects at Kennard-Dale High School, to be funded through Fund 32 Capital Projects consistent with the rest of the project costs, with funds to be transferred from the General Fund to cover expenses:

• Hopewell Heating & Air Conditioning — $140,380.00 (COSTARS Contract No. 008-E24-1372) — Relocation of 27 sinks for science classrooms, including demolition, materials, and labor, based on updated classroom prints.
• JPS Granite LLC — $18,210.00 (NCPA Contract No. 02-139) — Glass hallway granite tops.
• Hill Woodworks — $15,802.00 (NCPA Contract No. 02-139) — Relamination of cabinet bases and installation of new laminate doors, laminate counters, and laminate open upper shelving.
• Hill Woodworks — $6,272.00 (NCPA Contract No. 02-139) — Supply and installation of supports and replacement hinges for cabinets.

Total Amount: $180,664.00
All contracts referenced above are cooperative purchasing contracts in compliance with applicable procurement requirements.
