3.D. EITC Fund Expenditures - High School Innovative Educational Programs
Description:
Recommend approval of the expenditure of EITC funds received from Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) in the total amount of $15,187.50 for the high school innovative educational programs listed below, as permitted and defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) guidelines under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program.

6.B. Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy
Description:
As required by Federal Title I Programs, the school board is to annually approve the following policies relating to Title 1 Parent and Family Engagement. After meeting with the Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary School's Title I Stakeholder Committee on September 9, 2026, no changes were made to the existing policies. Approval is simply to recognize that these policies remain in effect.
