Description:
Regular and special meetings of the School Board are public meetings and public participation by residents is encouraged. Meetings are held in person in the Thomas R. Hensley Administration Center, 3280 Fissels Church Road. To make public comment at a Board or Committee Meeting, please fill out this form by 4:00 pm the night of the meeting.
Public comment at the beginning of the meeting will be limited to one hour and preference will be given to those indicating they are speaking on items on this meeting's agenda. Written comments may be submitted to trevor.carrington@sycsd.org by 4:00 pm the night of the meeting to be shared with the board. If participation exceeds available space, some attendees may view the meeting from a nearby room until space allows in the boardroom. All public comment will be made in the boardroom. In order to honor everyone’s time, each person is limited to five minutes to address the Board. |
