The Superintendent and administrators recommend the Board accept and approve the following roll call vote items:

1. BE IT RESOLVED by the Northern Tioga Board of School Directors that the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Northern Tioga Education Support Professionals Association covering the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 presented to the Board this evening is approved and the officers of the Board are authorized to execute the Collective Bargaining. (Exhibit #1)
    
2. Approval of the 2026/2027 Custodial Bids. (Exhibit #2)

3. Motion to hire the following individual as a Professional Employee

   • Kristin Burdick, Gifted Teacher, District Wide, Transfer from Cowanesque Valley High School, Middle Level Social Studies.

4. Approval of Larson Design Group NPDES revision for CVHS tennis courts in the amount of $19,900.00 for new permits and services provided related to the Athletic Facility Project. (Exhibit #3)

5. Approval of the School Resource Officer contract with Kellington Protection Service, LLC, for services from July 18, 2026-July 17, 2028.  (Exhibit #4)
