The Administration is recommending approval of the settlement terms as set forth in the report of Special Counsel dated August 13, 2026 relative to the tax assessment appeal for the property located at 4480 Lewis Road, Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Civil Docket No. 2024-CV-7132. This item was reviewed at the August 18, 2026 Board meeting.
