1. Call Meeting to Order:
Declare meeting legal, open, and affirm advance notice of meeting.  The open meeting laws are posted on the north wall of the library.  Roll call:  Happold, Hunnicutt, Lyon, Rath, Schutt, Wilson.
Request a motion that it hereby be determined that this public meeting was preceded by public notice and is determined to be legal and in open session.

8.A. Approve the following certified staff resignations: Sierra Eastman, Jordan Richardson, Mackenzie Treat, and Linda Troester.

8.B. Discuss, consider, and take action to assign duty to hire, terminate, and reassign classified staff and to assign certificated staff.
 

8.C. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to approve the lease agreement where Giltner Public Schools Foundation may lease both buildings and school grounds for 50 years, for $1.00 per year.

8.D. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to approve the 2025-2026 Superintendent contract for Dr. Curtis Cogswell.

8.E. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary actions regarding the 2025-2026 high school sports co-op with Harvard Public Schools.
