Declare meeting legal, open, and affirm advance notice of meeting.  The open meeting laws are posted on the north wall of the library.  Roll call:  Happold, Lyon, Rath, Schutt, Wilson

4.A. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary actions regarding the following patrons that are interested in filling the vacant school board member seat. Amanda Eastman, Brandon Hunnicutt

4.B. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary actions regarding the appointing of a new board of education member to fill the vacancy of former board member Nathan Most.

4.C. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action on reviewing superintendent applications in closed session.  Time in:_________ Time out:__________
