5.A. Cardiac Emergency Response Plans (Action)
Description:
S.B. 244 requires schools to have a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan in place. A guide for a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan was recently provided by the American Heart Association. The plan for the Beaver County School District is linked below.
BCSD Cardiac Emergency Response Plan This plan has been reviewed by all district administrators and the district safety and security committee. We recommend the Beaver County School District Board of Education approve the BCSD Cardiac Emergency Response Plan. |

5.B. BCSD Corrective Discipline Handbook
Description:
The BCSD Corrective Discipline Handbook is a tool to assist administrators and teachers in the orderly operations of the school district. The handbook allows for clear guidelines and expectations regarding how corrective discipline is administered when needed, setting clear expectations for teachers and principals in following the process outlined by district policy and state law.

Surplus items are offered for sale by the school district throughout the year. All items are approved for sale by the Beaver County School District Board of Education prior to each sale.

9. 2026-27 Proposed High School Fees (Public Hearing #1)
Description:
Board of Education Public Hearings 2026-27 Proposed High School Fees The Beaver County School District Board of Education will be conducting public hearings to consider the proposed 2026-27 high school fees and final 2025-26 high school fees. The 2026-27 fee schedule was developed with recommendations and input from local high school administrators, faculty, and staff. The proposed fee schedule includes spending plans that explain the anticipated types of uses for each high school fee, a total amount that students may be charged for each school-sponsored course and activity, and a maximum total aggregate amount that a student may be charged annually. High school fees are subject to extensive Utah statewide public education compliance requirements. Public hearings will be held at the district office located at 291 North Main, Beaver, Utah, 84713.
