1. 7:00  The Council President will declare the meeting open. 

2. 7:01  The City Clerk will call roll.  

3. 7:02  The June 9th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:04  The June treasurer’s report will be presented. 

5. 7:05  Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:07 Consideration and possible action for reviewing bids and possible award for audit services for fiscal years ending 2026 through 2029 will be held.

7. 7:15  Consideration and possible action for reviewing bids and possible award for city insurance coverage will be held.

8. 7:25  A public hearing will be held for the Citizens Advisory Review Committee to present a semi-annual report for the LB840 program.

9. 7:35  Consideration and possible action for update to employee retirement plan for beginning contribution date will be held.

10. 7:45  Consideration and possible action for resignation of the Library Director, resignation of custodian, and hiring of new custodian and hiring of new part-time transit driver will be held.

11. 7:55  Discussion and possible action for a revised personnel handbook will be held.

12. 8:10  Consideration and possible action for 301 J Street will be held. 

13. 8:15  Consideration and possible action for annual report presented by the Neligh Police Foundation will be held.

14. 8:25  Appointments will be held for the following: LB840 Citizens Advisory Review Committee 1 member 4-year term.
