1. 7:00  The Mayor will declare the meeting open. 

2. 7:01  The City Clerk will call roll.  

3. 7:02  The May 12th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:04  The May treasurer’s report will be presented. 

5. 7:06  Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:08   The Library Director will present the semi-annual library report for consideration and possible action.

7. 7:25 Consideration and possible action for Ordinance No. 671 for sanitary and safety standards of municipal swimming pools as required by LB759 will be held.

8. 7:35  Discussion and possible action for a revised personnel handbook will be held. 

9. Consideration and possible action to correct Pekaj, Inc. deed of conveyance and authorize notice of sale will be held. Resolution 2026-8 will be presented for consideration and possible action.

10. 7:45  Discussion and possible action for domestic partnership coverage for health insurance will be held.

11. 7:50  Consideration and possible action for update to employee retirement plan for beginning contribution date will be held.

12. 7:55  Appointments will be made for the following: Board of Adjustment 1 member  3-year term, Planning Commission 1 member 3-year term, Library Board 1 member 4-year term, and LB840 Citizens Advisory Review Committee 1 member 4-year term.

13. 8:00  The Economic Development report will be presented.

13.a. Discussion and possible action on the Rural Workforce Housing Loan Program for a Fund Investment Plan amendment to comply with the Department of Economic Development will be held.

13.b. Discussion and possible action on the facade and digital facade grant programs to increase the maximum grant amount set in 2020 will be held.

13.c. Discussion and possible action for increasing the LB840 loan application fee due to increases in the background checks will be held.

14. 8:10  The May Police Report will be heard.   

15. 8:20  The City Supt.’s report will be presented.

15.a. Discussion and possible action to hire Garret Belitz as a seasonal employee  in the park department at $18 hourly wage retroatctive to May 27th will be held.

16. 8:35  The New Moon Theater Liaison report will be presented.

17. 8:40  Bills will be presented for approval.

17.a. Discussion and possible action for Blackstrap invoices for weigh tickets and agrilime shipping will be held.

18. 8:45  Discussion and possible action for Council Member Miller update from the ACE meeting in May will be held.

19. 8:50  Discussion and possible action for setting an August budget workshop date will be held.

20. 8:55  The Mayor will call for adjournment.
