3. 7:02 The January regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:05 The January treasurer’s report will be presented. 

4.a. Consideration and possible action for Cure Notice ACH to Southwest Power Pool will be held.

5. 7:10 Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:15 Discussion and possible action for recommendation from the Park Board for a Library Foundation fundraiser with a structure to be attached to the Grandstands will be held. 

7. 7:25 Discussion and possible action for the semi-annual library report will be held.

8. 7:40 Consideration and possible action for a Proclamation for Gambling Awareness month in March will be held.

9. 7:45 Consideration and possible action for Dial-A-Ride Public Transit Title VI updated plan will be held.

10. 7:50 Discussion and possible action for increasing the city sales tax from 1% to 1.5% for public improvements will be held.

11. 7:55 Ordinance 668 setting the timeframe to conduct and complete property demolition will be presented for consideration and possible action.

14.a. Consideration and possible action for LB840 Loan Review Committee recommendation to WWC Enterprises LLC for $175,000 loan from the Market Rate Housing Revolving Loan Fund will be held.

15.a. Consideration and possible action for salary adjustment following 6-month certified officer review of Officer Schroeder will be held.
