4. 7:05 The treasurer’s report  for October 2025 will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4.a. Discussion and possible action for insurance deductible change for property in the open will be held.

5. 7:10 Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:15 Discussion and possible action for a presentation from GenPro Energy Solutions will be held.

7. 7:20 Consideration and possible action for handicapped accessible parking at Spier Physical Therapy will be held.

8. 7:30 Discussion and possible action for request to change the livestock and fence ordinances will be held.

9. 7:40 Discussion and possible action for extablishing a procedure for appeal of utilities charges will be held.
