Discussion and action on the Superintendent's recommendation to grant non-district administrative rights (full access to enter and submit claims) in Grants Management System (GMS) on the Oklahoma State Department of Education's Single Sign-On (SSO) to Barlow Educational Services representative Bryan McNutt. Said Non-District Administrative rights authorizes the Barlow Education Services representative full access to enter and submit forms/claims on behalf of the district in consultation with the District Superintendent.

8. Discussion and action to approve Extended School Year (ESY) services during the month of June 2025.

9. Discussion to approve the Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) for 2025-2026. This resolution authorizes the filing of Form 471 applications for funding year 2025-2026 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.

10. Discussion and action on the East Central Oklahoma On-Line Consortium 2025-2026 Cooperative agreement for online curriculum seat licenses.

11. Discussion and action on a service agreement between Bethel Public Schools and the Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA) to provide employment services for the 2025-2026 school year.

12. Discussion and action on a Special Services Agreement between Bethel Public Schools and Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc. (CTSA Head Start) for the 2025-2026 school year.

13. Discussion and action on a Special Education Services Agreement  contract with Enthusiastically OT to provide occupational therapy beginning June 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
