Description: Executive Sessions are conducted in accordance with Kansas law (K.S.A. 75-4319). No binding action shall be taken during an executive session; however, action may be considered when board members return to the open session.

I move that the Board of Education go into executive session for 10 minutes with the Superintendent, the Board Attorney, and Deputy Superintendents, to discuss litigation, an attorney-client privileged matter, as permitted under K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2). The Board of Education will resume the open meeting in the High Plains Room at _____ . This motion, made by Jodie Dietz, Carried.
