6.a. FY 27 Budget Public Hearing and Adoption
Description:
BP 3100: The School Board shall establish and maintain a balanced
budget. The Board shall adopt an annual budget which is compatible with District goals and objectives. The district budget shall be prepared annually from the best possible estimates of revenues and expenditures. The Superintendent or designee shall determine the manner in which the budget shall be prepared and shall schedule the budget adoption process in accordance with legal time requirements. A public hearing shall be held prior to the adoption of the budget or a revised budget.

6.b. Monthly Financial Report
Description:
BP 3460 The Superintendent or designee shall keep the School Board informed about the District's financial condition. The Board shall review the District's financial condition monthly, through the monthly Report of Revenues and Expenditures, to determine whether the district will be able to meet its financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
