3. Discussion and possible action to declare an emergency situation with regard to water damage in school facilities that was sudden, unexpected, and creates the possibility of harm to students, staff and others if the damage is not repaired quickly. This emergency will allow the district to proceed with repairs without having to adhere to the bid requirements of the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.

4. Discussion and possible board action to direct Superintendent Hime to begin the process of working with the insurance carrier and/or contractors to begin clean up and repair as quickly as possible.
