The Board of Education will enter into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for a conference with legal counsel for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions, and C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e)(I), for determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators, concerning: (1) the Great Copier Service/Sharp copier contract dispute, including issues arising from the District’s transition to All Copy Products and potential resolution of that dispute; and (2) the District’s agreement with NV5, including NV5’s request for additional compensation, contractual and performance issues, related project-delay issues, and potential claims arising from those delays.
