Board to discuss, and approve or not approve and authorize a final total payment to Cloud's Quality Lawn Care, LLC in the amount of $74,275.05 on the New Elementary Bond Project-Irrigation work, subject to receipt by the superintendent of schools of an executed complete release from Cloud's Quality Lawn Care, LLC and Rodney Cloud in a form approved by the District's Legal counsel.
