 Strategic Plan Pillar: High Quality Instruction Desired outcome: The Board will consider combining policy DP338 and DP338B into a single policy for all employees and eliminate section II C of the policy. Board members will make recommendations on moving the policy forward with a final vote on the changes in the next business meeting. |

        Description: 
 Ms. Suzanne Wood, Chair, Government Relations Advisory Committee Dr. Michael Anderson, Associate Superintendent Strategic Plan Pillar: Opportunities for Every Learner Desired outcome: Information only to the Board. | 
| 1.C. Discussion on Challenges the Board Would Like to Address 
        Description: 
 Ms. Niki George, Board President Discussion about challenges within Jordan School District that Board members could focus on solving during the coming year. Strategic Plan Pillar: High Quality Instruction; Opportunities for All Learners; Student & Staff Wellness Desired outcome: Each Board member will list the top one or two items they would like the Board to address this year. The Board will then decide if each item is a staff responsibility or Board responsibility. The Executive Committee will take information from this meeting and ensure priorities appear on future agenda items throughout the upcoming year. No action required. |

        Description: 
 Board members and the Superintendent may report on Board Advisory Committees as well as Board, District or Community Affiliated Committees to which they are appointed.
