7.A. Non-Union Hourly Employee Salary Schedule
Description:
This salary scale adjustment is recommended to reflect the increased scope of duties and higher level of expertise required for the Accounting Specialist position. The revised responsibilities necessitate a stronger accounting background, and the adjustment will better position the district to attract qualified candidates while ensuring the salary remains competitive with similar positions in other districts. The salary schedule approved in June and the proposed amended schedule are attached. Recommended changes impact the Accounting Specialist position only.
