Purpose of the Special BOE Meeting —
The board will meet to hear the screening committee's report. KASB’s practice is to present three to five names and one alternate to the board. After the board has deliberated on the finalists, the board president will call the candidates to schedule an interview. This meeting will be conducted in executive session so that the BOE can discuss matters pursuant to non-elected personnel exception under KOMA related to the superintendent search. |
